Our Happiness Guarantee

If your book arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge — no questions asked.

Return Policy

Because every Tale & Star book is custom-manufactured for a specific child, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind after order submission
  • Errors in information you provided (child's name, story preferences)
  • Minor color differences between the digital preview and the printed book (normal printing variation)
  • Delays due to shipping carrier or customs

We encourage you to carefully review your digital preview before placing a print order.

Damaged or Defective Books

If your book arrives damaged or is defective (misprint, binding failure, etc.), we will replace it at no cost to you.

To request a replacement:

  1. Email support@taleandstar.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and photos showing the damage
  3. We'll confirm and ship your replacement within 2–3 business days

Digital Preview Refunds

Digital PDF purchases are non-refundable once delivered. If you experience a technical issue accessing your PDF, contact support@taleandstar.com and we'll resolve it immediately.
